Numerous roads, creeks, and structures were flooded.

A tree blew down in the 800 block of Valley Street.

A tree blew down near the intersection of Amherst Avenue Northeast/Raven Drive and Ore Street Northeast.

A tree blew down in the 900 block of Michigan Avenue.

Allegany County 911 Call Center reported three trees blown down in the Cumberland area.

Several trees and wires blew down between Lonaconing and Cumberland, including on Arch Street and Dan's Mountain.

Trees blew down along MD-51 Oldtown Road Southeast in far eastern Allegany County.

The Town Creek near Oldtown stream gauge reached minor flood stage with peak crest of 14.68 feet. At 14 feet, water overflows the banks just downstream of the Pack Horse Road Bridge.

Multiple reports of roads closed in and around Lonaconing, especially south along Georges Creek as well as many of its feeder streams.

Laurel Run Road washed out in some locations. Evacuations ongoing from flooding along Laurel Run. Other roads reported washed out with water flowing over them.

Around a foot or more of water flowing over Route 40 / Winchester Road where it goes under Interstate 68 along Braddock Run.

Numerous roads closed due to flooding in the town of Barton, MD due to George's Creek coming out of it's banks. Water of six inches or more was flowing over roads near George's Creek.

Numerous roads closed due to flooding in the town of Midland, MD. Waters from George's Creek overflowed their boundaries and caused flowing water deeper than six inches to inundate many roads.

Quarter size hail was observed near the intersection of Alexander Street and East Main Street.

Ping pong ball size hail was reported in Midland.

Trees blew down near the intersection of Orchard Street and Valley View Drive.

Trees blew down onto power lines near the intersection of Nemacolin Avenue and Cherrywood Avenue.

A large tree blew down in the unit block of Castle Hill Street.

Trees blew down onto a house in the 1400 block of MD-36 Mount Savage Road Northwest.

There were multiple reports of trees and wires blown down across Allegany County. The hardest hit areas were Cumberland and Ridgeley.

Trees blew down at the intersection of Oliver Beltz Road Southeast and Williams Road Southeast.

Trees blew down in Frostburg, including at the intersection of Welsh Hill Road Southwest and Smittys Road Southwest, and at the intersection of New Georges Creek Road Southwest and Cherry Lane Southwest.

The water level on Sideling Hill Creek near Bellegrove rose above flood stage. The lowlands near the creek begin to flood along with a low spot on Allegany Line Road.

Trained weather spotters reported significant tree damage along MD-482 Hampstead-Mexico Road with multiple wires down near the intersection of Brilhart Mill Road.
