Snowfall amounts ranged from a trace to four inches, with the highest amounts in the southwest part of the county. A peak gust of 58 MPH occurred near Haigler at 4:19 AM. Key impacts: whiteout conditions.

Spotter estimated 50-60 mph winds with a thunderstorm. The winds also developed a plume of dust that brought visibility down to one quarter mile.
