At around 6:30 a.m., a social media publication reported road PR-901 impassable near Laboratorio Cima. According to the report, two vehicles were stranded in the area.

At around 0645 am, the road PR-901 at Parque Felix Millan was reported impassable due to urban flooding resulting from poor drainage in the area. Both lanes were impassable, and the road was closed.
