Ice accumulations from freezing drizzle ranging between 0.02 inches and 0.10 inches, resulting in slippery spots on untreated surfaces.

Widespread wind chills in the -30 to -40 degree range were observed from 4 AM January 21 through the mid morning hours of January 21. Coldest wind chill of -38 was observed in Monroe.

Long duration snowfall results in widespread 1-3 inch accumulations countywide. Highest total of 3.0 inches observed in Blanchardville.

Many roads closed due to high water on the east side of the county with some shoulder washouts. More specifically, there was scouring of pavement and shoulder material on County Road E just south of the Norwegian Creek bridge.
