Trained spotter reported half inch to three-quarters inch hail, some slightly larger 6 miles NNW of Choteau.

Disturbances moved through a persistent southwest flow aloft across the region, which continued to provide daily afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. These storms, some of which were severe, brought strong, gusty winds, severe hail, heavy localized rainfall, and lightning.
