Strong thunderstorm winds knocked down trees by a campground, stranding campers.

A shortwave trough was the main feature out of a few disturbances that triggered a line of thunderstorms that passed through Northeastern Pennsylvania. These storms had damaging wind gusts and knocked down numerous trees across the region. Some of the debris landed on houses and vehicles. One person was injured after they were hit by a falling tree.
