An estimated 7 inches of snow fell at the East Willow Creek SNOTEL site. Winds gusted to almost 50 mph at times.

A plume of moisture associated with an Atmospheric River surged across eastern Utah with precipitable water values increasing up to 400% of normal. A Pacific system moved across the region which, when combined with the well above normal moisture, resulted in moderate to heavy snowfall across the mountains of eastern Utah. Light to moderate snow also fell in the Eastern Uinta Basin. Winds gusted to almost 50 mph at times.
