Santa Ana winds impacted the Riverside County Mountains starting late on November 15th and lasting through the afternoon hours on the 16th. The strongest winds occurred during the early morning hours on the 16th. The Toro Peak HPWREN mesonet site recorded a peak wind gust of 66 mph. The Keen Ridge SoCal-Edison mesonet site also recorded a peak wind gust of 58 mph.
