Observer recorded 10 inches of snow through 1200LST on the November 30. Other observations through the Okanogan Valley ranged from 6 to 12 inches.

Wider weather episode

A slow moving Low moved through the Pacific Northwest at the end of November. With below normal temperatures of single digits and teens and ample moisture, it brought widespread snow. The heaviest snow fell along the Cascades and Northern Washington reaching South into Spokane.
