The ASOS KHRI recorded consecutive hourly temperatures at or below freezing between 0200 PST and 0700 PST. The mesonet station CW1075 Boardman recorded consecutive hourly temperatures at or below freezing between 0545 PST and 0830 PST.

Wider weather episode

Northerly flow aloft and mostly clear skies the morning of November 3rd led to several hours of temperatures at or below 32 degrees across the Blue Mountain Foothills, the Columbia Basin, the eastern Columbia River Gorge, the Simcoe Highlands, and north central Oregon.
