Report on social media is as follows:

Vehicle high centered on a tree that fell across Lundeen Park Way just west of highway 9 in Lake Stevens. Driver is uninjured. There was a High Wind Warning that was issued for this location with gusts up to 55 to 60 mph expected.

Wider weather episode

An atmospheric river pushed heavy rain and gusty winds throughout Western Washington causing numerous damage reports as wind advisories and high wind warnings were issued.
