A woman in a homeless camp in Lynnwood died when a tree fell on a tent.

A 17 year old female was killed by a tree hiking. The tree may have been weakened from 40 to 50 mph gusts earlier in the day.

A woman was killed, and a man injured, when a tree fell on their minivan while driving near Monroe. A few other trees were blown down, one damaging a parked truck. About 100 customers lost power.

A fallen tree at one point blocked all lanes of northbound I-5 in Lynnwood. The Snohomish County Public Utility District reported a peak of more than 175,000 customers without service. A number of fallen trees throughout the area.

Heavy snow of 3-4 inches fell. In Marysville, the roof of Whitley Evergreen collapsed and part of the 200 by 600 foot modular building assembly plant came down.

An Amtrak train struck a tree that fell on the tracks near Stanwood. There were 47 passengers onboard but no injuries.

Not as many reports were received around the Everett area, but an ice storm brought impacts to travel and roadways on the 23rd. One report out of Marysville measured 0.15 inches of ice.

CoCORaHS reports 3 inches of snow 2 miles north of Everett and 6 inches 6 miles south of Everett, with 4.7 of snow 2 miles NW of Arlington.

A user on twitter reported 5 inches of snow in Stanwood and Lynnwood. A user also reported 4 inches in Martha Lake and 3 inches in Marysville. Another report details 4.75 inches in Monroe.

Snow continued at times through the first few days of December. Observations averaged less than 1 inch on Dec 1, with an average of 1 inch on Dec 2 and an average of 2-3 inches of new snow on Dec 3 (highest amounts of 4-5 inches reported, especially from Mill Creek to Everett).

The ASOS at KPAE had 43 mph sustained wind, gusting to 66 mph.

The KPAE ASOS recorded sustained wind of 41 mph.

Arlington got 8.5 inches of snow. Lake Stevens got 7 inches. Weallup Lake got 7.5 inches.

KPAE had sustained wind 30 mph or greater from 325 PM to 430 PM. Highest sustained wind was 33 mph with a peak gust of 46 mph. This verifies the high wind warning for this first event of the season, when lower criteria for high wind are in effect.

The KPAE ASOS recorded 41g55 mph, with a peak wind of 59 mph.

NWS spotters reported 4.0 to 5.0 inches snow during the warning period.
