Interstate 10 was closed in New Mexico west of Lordsburg due to dust, wind and a car accident around Mile Marker 10.

Wider weather episode

A cutoff low was moving out of the Northern Baja/Southwest Arizona area. Strong south-southwest winds increased across the Lordsburg Playa and created areas of near zero visibility resulting in at least one accident on the interstate.
