A spotter at the Healdsburg Municipal Airport reported port-a-potties being blown down the road and large trash dumpsters blown out onto the roadway.

The wider storm

An approaching strong upper level low brought widespread damaging winds to the Bay Area and Central Coast on February 21. A Wind Advisory was issued for the entire region in advance of the event, and was upgraded to a High Wind Warning along the coast and in the higher elevations of the Central Coast.
