A thunderstorm near Ovando showed a bowing structure, indicative of strong outflow winds. Velocity on the lowest radar tilt showed winds near 50 knots. Mid-altitude radial convergence was also present, adding confidence to severe wind gust potential. A report was received that the sign to the Ovando Store was blown over.
