An ASOS on Whidbey Island recorded a wind gust of 58 mph at 12 PM and 62 mph at 1PM on April 9. Nearby locations through Northern Puget Sound, Admiralty Inlet, the San Juan Islands, and Western Whatcom and Skagit Counties reported breezy conditions, however, this ASOS site recorded the highest wind gusts.
