The ASOS KHRI at the Hermiston Municipal Airport reported at to below freezing temperatures between 0510 to 0625 PDT on April 15th. The RAWS station UMTO3 Umatilla reported at to below freezing temperatures between 0429 to 0629 PDT on April 15th.
