Wider weather episode

A late season severe weather event brought large hail across southern and central Minnesota. Storms developed during the late morning, and strengthened as they moved across southern Minnesota. There were numerous reports of severe hail, with a few reports of hail in excess of 2 inches in Brown and Redwood Counties.
