Severe to extreme drought early in the month improved to an abnormally dry to moderate drought by November 15th.

Drought conditions improved across South Texas by the middle of November after beneficial rain from Nov. 10-14th, with only a small severe drought area over northern Live Oak and Bee Counties by the end of the month.
