Multiple vehicular accidents occurred in the county, but no injuries were reported. Visibilities dropped to a quarter to half of a mile according to the closest airport observation Emporia (KEMP) around the times of the noted crashes.

Wider weather episode

Dense fog developed over much of central and south central Kansas on the morning of November 6th. Airport observations indicated visibility dropped to 1/4 of a mile at times. There were numerous vehicle accidents across the region with some injuries.
