Minor tidal flooding was observed along Lanier Blvd. At 7 am on 2/8/24, the tide gauge at the St. Simons Island Village Pier measured 1.47 ft MHHW at high tide which was just below Action Stage (1.5 ft) for this location.

Wider weather episode

Minor tidal flooding was observed in Glynn County as low pressure deepened offshore of the Florida Atlantic coast. Significant impacts were not reported.
