The Teller (PATE) AWOS reported blizzard conditions for a number of hours. In addition to the blizzard conditions, wind gusts in excess of 60 mph were reported, with a peak wind gust of 63 mph.

Wider weather episode

A series of strong fronts pushed east across Northern Alaska. Heavy snow, strong winds, and blizzard conditions accompanied these fronts.
