Rawlins Airport ASOS (KRWL), 2 miles northeast of Rawlins reported peak wind gust at 2:40 PM MST on 3/2. Walcott Junction (WY15) located 15 miles east of Sinclair also reported wind gusts in excess of 58 mph during this time.

Wider weather episode

Widespread strong winds reported across many areas of southeast Wyoming the evening of 1 March and continued through the morning of 3 March.
