Several reports near Elk Mountain Wyoming of 4 to 6 inches of snow. Two day total. Gusty winds up to 60 MPH were also reported, where blowing and drifting snow was observed on area webcams.

A mesonet sensor 4 miles southwest of Rawlins measured a brief gust around 58 MPH.

Several observation sites across central Carbon County reported persistent wind gusts over 58 MPH. Peak gust of 68 MPH was measured at the Rawlins Airport ASOS.
