Rawlins Airport ASOS reported three strong wind gusts over 60 MPH. The strongest gust of 67 MPH occurred early in the morning on December 11th.

Potent upper level jet stream drifted back over the region for December 11th after a brief lull in the winds. Strong wind gusts between 60 to 75 MPH were common, especially in the wind prone areas.
