Mesonet station WY19 2.9 miles northwest of Elk Mountain gusted to 61 mph under a gusty shower.

Wider weather episode

Gusty showers developed along I-80 and produced several severe wind gusts. Since there was no thunder or lightning with these storms, a High Wind Warning was issued.
