There were high flows from Halfway Hill burn scar into Pine Creek. There was a clogged culvert in Virginia Hills which caused flow to go into backyards.

Flash flooding forced the closure of St George Regional Airport. Near Fillmore, debris flows from a clogged culvert were in some backyards.
