The gage at Terry Gully and FM 1442 reached minor flood stage and continued to rise. The gully overflowed into neighboring fields and streets.

Wider weather episode

A moist and unstable airmass interacted with upper disturbances that passed across the region during the first and second of the month. Isolated severe weather and flooding resulted from this interaction both afternoons.
