The Dell City Mesonet site reported a peak gust of 61 mph.

Wider weather episode

The dryline pushed just west of the Dell City area allowing for thunderstorms to develop during the afternoon. An upper trough was moving into the Desert Southwest and helped to trigger isolated storms in far eastern Hudspeth County which produced a peak wind gust of 61 mph.
