The AWOS at Dodge Center Airport (KTOB) reported a 61 mph wind gust.

Wider weather episode

On June 17th, a line of severe storms moved from southwest to northeast through portions of southeast Minnesota. As these storms progressed through the Rochester area, there were reports of both trees down and measured wind gusts of over 60 mph. Storms continued northeast into Wabasha County, producing isolated tree damage before crossing the Mississippi River into Wisconsin.
