Received call from Mykel Kroll, Fremont County Emergency Manager, notifying us of some minor flooding occurring along the Arkansas River in Florence from an ice jam downstream. Inundation of low-lying areas mostly occurred between the river and County Rd 119 in the town of Florence. No other impacts reported.
