Flash flooding in eastern Garfield County stranded 4 people on an elevated rock in Hog Canyon near state Route 95. Department of Public Safety helicopter and Swift Water Rescue crews were on standby. The individuals were able to move safely to dry ground. Time is estimated from radar.
