Wind gusts up to 78 mph occurred along Highway 28 in the Red Canyon area of South Pass.

A cold front swept across Wyoming and brought high wind to portions of western and central Wyoming. The highest wind gust recorded was 78 mph along Highway 28 in the Red Canyon area of south pass. Other wind gusts over 58 mph were reported Lincoln and Johnson Counties. A high based shower brought a wind gust of 61 mph to the Lander airport in the morning.
