Gusts of 60 to 70 MPH were recorded from WYDOT and UPR sensors along Interstate 80. A maximum gust of 67 MPH was recorded at the RKRIVR UPR sensor (1 S Rock River) at 12:35 PM MDT on December 11.

High winds persisted across the usual southeast Wyoming wind prone zones the afternoon of December 10th and continued through the day on December 11th.
