Peak snowfall reported in the Sierra Madres came from the Divide Peak SNOTEL (DVDW4) with 17.9 inches. Several other SNOTELs reported heavy snow accumulations above 15 inches.

Wider weather episode

Widespread light snow fell across the forecast area, however heavy snow impacted the mountains of southeast Wyoming.
