A social media report estimated 15 inches of snow 6 mile Southeast of Tonasket. Other reports in the Okanogan Valley were 12 inches near Riverside, 13.8 inches near Tonasket, 9 inches near Okanogan, and 4 inches near Pateros.

Eastern Washington had several days of near freezing temperatures. A strong low pressure with a decent plume of moisture during the November 19 through November 21 time period brought the first widespread snow event of the winter. The Cascades received the bulk of the snow with ranges of 6 to 16 inches. The rest of the region had up to 5 inches.
