Peak snowfall reported in the Sierra Madres came from the Little Snake River SNOTEL (LITW4) with 34.1 inches. Most other SNOTELs were between 12 to 20 inches.

Wider weather episode

Heavy snowfall in the mountains with widespread snow fall across southeast Wyoming. Some snow squalls occurred across southeast Wyoming.
