Cocorahs observer measured 4.5 inches of new snowfall 0700 2/14 in Hood River which is above the minimum warning criteria threshold.

Abnormally cold conditions were in place early on February 13th as widespread precipitation increased across the region south to north due to the arrival of a warm-frontal boundary. This overrunning scenario led to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain impacting much of western Oregon through February 14th.
