A CoCoRaHS observer reported 3.1 inches of snow 7 miles ENE of Bosler in central Albany County. The city of Laramie received between 1 and 2 inches of snow. WYDOT closed Interstate 80 between Cheyenne and Rawlins around 10 PM on 4/17.
