Interstate 80 closed between Cheyenne and Rawlins for an extended period of time due to winter conditions. Webcams along Interstate 80 in the South Laramie Range Foothills showed snow covered roads and poor visibility.

A strong cold front moved from northwest to southeast across Wyoming, bringing cold temperatures and widespread accumulating snow.
