The ASOS at Kirksville Airport reported wind chills ranging between -20 and -24 degrees between midnight and 10 am on Feb 18th with sub zero temperatures.

Wind chills dropped to -20 degrees or colder again between 3 am and 8 am on Feb 20th, with temperatures between -5 and -7 degrees.

Wind chills were below zero the entire time between midnight at Feb 18th around noon on Feb 20th.
