Winter storm oved across the area evening of the 28th, through the overnight hours and exited the region by mid-afternoon on the 29th. Snow reports gathered on the 29th yielded up to around 7 inches in Putnam county and as much as 10 inches in the surrounding areas.

Freezing rain occurred through much of the night going into January 11, and caused around a quarter to one-third inch accumulation. This occurred prior to about 2 to 3 inches of snow falling. This resulted in several auto accidents.
