Several roads were flooded and closed around Warren including 1943 East and West, CR 4475, FM 1013 CR 4478. Multiple other roads had water covering them, but were not closed including CR 4470 and CR 1450.

Slow moving thunderstorms affected southeast Texas as a cold front stalled across the region.
