Harvey produced 20 to 30 inches of rain which flooded 1,730 homes. Major flooding occurred in Warren, Fred, and along the Neches River where it had the 4th highest crest at Town Bluff. 1 death was a result of the flooding.

Four to eight inches of rainfall fell during the morning of the 10th causing water levels to quickly rise. This flooded roadways and around 33 homes.

Hurricane Ike caused category 1 wind damage across Tyler County. Many trees and power lines were downed, some landing on homes and businesses.

The Woodville Fire Department reported water covering multiple streets in Woodville along with Turkey Creek flooding nearby roads. Multiple roads were also flooded near Town Bluff and Fred.

Heavy rain caused South Magnolia Street south of Woodville to become impassable with other streets flooded as well. In Warren portions of FM 1420 and 1425 washed out. A church in Warren also flooded and a man had to be rescued from his property near Black Creek.
