Event narrative

Public reported a home along Lake Greenwood in the Waterloo area sustained damage to siding, thrown patio furniture, and a bent flag pole. Multiple tree limbs were also blown down.

Wider weather episode

A couple of waves of strong to severe thunderstorms moved across upstate South Carolina during the afternoon and the evening. A few of the storms produced brief damaging wind gusts and even a brief tornado.
