Rushing water was reported over Morrow-Cozaddale Road, in between Ludum Road and U.S. Route 22.

The wider storm

A cold front sagged down through the Ohio Valley region, stalling out as a stationary front. Showers and thunderstorms developed along this boundary in a very moist environment, producing heavy rainfall and flooding.
