A man jumped into the Little Miami River in Morrow after fleeing a house fire. He was swept away and killed (indirect fatality) as the river was running very high from earlier heavy rainfall.
A 72 year old woman drove her car into the Little Miami River from a parking area along Cold Springs Road. The woman was pulled from the car by rescuers but was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Extensive hail damage to homes, cars and businesses occurred across the southern part of the county from Twenty Mile Stand, through Maineville to near Morrow and Pleasant Plain.
The tornado crossed from Hamilton county through southeast Deerfield Township and across the Little Miami River. The tornado damaged several houses, hundreds of mature trees, along with garages and barns.

A report of 5.8 inches of snow came from west of Mason. A NWS employee and a CoCoRaHS observer east of Lebanon recorded 5.5 inches. Another NWS employee south of Mason measured 5.5 inches.
