High water was reported over the roundabout on Morrow-Cozaddale Road in between the two school buildings.

A cold front sagged down through the Ohio Valley region, stalling out as a stationary front. Showers and thunderstorms developed along this boundary in a very moist environment, producing heavy rainfall and flooding.
