High standing water was reported over portions of Sellers Drive, inundating the road and home driveways.

A cold front sagged down through the Ohio Valley region, stalling out as a stationary front. Showers and thunderstorms developed along this boundary in a very moist environment, producing heavy rainfall and flooding.
