Heavy rain washed out part of Highway 188. Two cars fell into the washed out area with one person being injured and two killed.

The CoCoRaHS observer 3 miles southeast of Reynoldsburg measured 5 inches of snow. Public reports of 5 inches of accumulation were also received from Pickerington, Lithopolis, and 3 miles south of Lithopolis. Four inches of snow was measured in Lancaster by the EMA.

Two observers north of Pikerington measured 5.4 and 5 inches. A public report from there, and another northwest of Sugar Grove had 4.5 inches of accumulation.

The observer southeast of Reynoldsburg measured 1.5 inches of snow.

Rushing water down a hillside impacted several properties on Valley View Drive and Schadel Drive, with parts of Schadel Drive totally covered by flowing water. A small pond was overtopped.

Flash flooding along Fetters Run near College Avenue caused damage to the roadway, as well as significant damage to the Lancaster Festival stages, equipment, and vehicles.

State Route 37 was closed due to Fetters Run being out of its banks. A water rescue was needed in the 1900 block of Granville Pike.

Havensport Road was washed out due to rushing water.

An insurance building along Lancaster-Newark Road NE near Creekside Drive was overrun with several feet of flowing water from Fetters Run. Six cars in the parking lot were also affected.

Multiple water rescues occurred in the apartment complex along Sater Drive where water was over three feet deep. Additionally, over 30 vehicles were flooded in deep water.

Water completely covered several roads in the Jefferson Farms subdivision, including Glenwood Avenue and Laurelwood Drive.

Multiple swift water rescues were needed for animals trapped inside of a building submerged with three to four feet of water on Granville Pike. The building backs up to Fetters Run stream.

High water resulted in the closure of Busey Road just west of Sycamore Creek Street.

High water was reported over portions of Hill Road near Fairfield Drive.

A small culvert under a driveway was partially washed out on Lithopolis Winchester Road NW.

High water from a culvert impacted a property and surrounded multiple structures on the south side of Lithopolis Road Northwest.

A water rescue was needed along N Columbus Street.

Fetters Run Creek was out of its banks and overtopped the bridge along College Avenue, causing structural damage to the bridge.

High standing water was reported over portions of Sellers Drive, inundating the road and home driveways.

High water was reported along North Bank Road NE, near Lakeside Road NE. Additionally, it was reported that a vehicle became disabled in high water along the 3400 block of Sellers Drive.

Water was flowing over Main Street and the road was completely blocked by water.

Tarlton Road and Zane Trail Road were closed due to high standing water.

State Route 159 was covered by approximately six inches of water.

Two culverts were washed out along Sixteenth Road, with significant scarring of the landscape.

Multiple large trees were uprooted out of saturated soils. The trees fell onto communication and power lines.

Rushing water pushed debris up against the inlet of a culvert, causing water to back up and wash out the roadway.

Several trees were downed in the Sugar Grove area.

Water was flowing over Chicken Coop Hill Road.

The Lancaster County airport KLHQ measured 0.21 inches of freezing rain and freezing drizzle.

The observer located 3 miles southeast of Reynoldsburg measured 2.5 inches of snow.

In Lancaster, 5.5 inches of snow was reported.
